KLM - Flying Dutchman FFP design & marketing programme
Scope
For KLM, Aerobrand created a design and marketing initiative for the Flying Dutchman Frequent Flyer Programme.
This included market positioning for the product throughout Latin America as well as a complete design programme that encompassed airport signage, gate area displays, ticket counter & stanchion displays, supporting collateral design and enrollment forms.
Aerobrand also developed a unique and highly successful "sign-up" system that utilised the waiting time in the ticket line to promote and enroll the KLM customer in the Flying Dutchman programme.
